Don’s knowledge is extensive, he’s very generous with his time, and his responses are prompt and detailed; whether he’s putting together a quote, or simply chatting about the industry or your audio goals.

The quality of work overall is impeccable and the prices are reasonable. He’s installed full systems in two of my vehicles, one with full factory integration, one without. The two have performed flawlessly and far exceeded my expectations, both in the products he recommended, as well as the installations themselves. One of the two setups also required a moderate amount of fabrication, and the craftsmanship and materials used were second-to-none.

I’m about to hand off a third vehicle to him that is going to require a considerable amount of fabrication and labor, and I wouldn’t consider anyone else for the job.

Don took me in last minute to repair the total hack job head unit install a local Delaware shop left me with. I drove almost two hours to and from the shop and it was worth every mile. They were absolutely awesome to deal with from the first email till we shook hands at the end of the job. Steve, the technician who worked on my truck, picked out several issues with the initial install within minutes of of looking at it. Both Don and Steve were great to talk to through the job, so much so that we hung around for almost an hour after the install was done to talk about the industry.

I had a remote starter installed on my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta.

Don responded to my message very quickly and thoroughly explained what my options were and gave a reasonable estimate for each. He was also able to set me up with an appointment on the next Saturday morning to accommodate my busy weekdays.

Steve was the technician working on my car. The entire install took just under two hours. They have a very pleasant and comfortable waiting area. After the install, Steve took the time to demonstrate how it works and teach me to use it.

Don and his team installed a new head unit and amplifier in my 2006 Mercedes 2 seater this week. The work was done expertly and on time. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to work in such a small space but they didn’t complain. I’m really happy with the work.

Don saved all of the old equipment for me like I asked. He neatly put away all of the things I left in the car before he did his work.
